JMP–L’s Medication Dispensing Service helps to improve the quality and accessibility of needy individuals to health care. It provides medications for free or at nominal prices to patients who have chronic illnesses and usually to elderly people.
Medications are purchased at reduced prices or received as donation from governmental or non-governmental organizations, including World Vision, Ministry of Health (MOH), Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), Howard Karagheusian Commemorative Corporation (HKCC), MAP International (a European source), Centre Medico-Social Notre Dame de Narek, and others.

JMP–L’s dispensary has a general physician, a nurse, and a pharmacist. Besides medication dispensing, JMP–L staff also provide counseling, guidance, and follow-up on the use of the medications that are given, thus combining the educational aspect with relief services.
